We make companies AI-native.Starting with a world model.
AI can only help a company it understands. We build that understanding with the people who do the work.
Meet Transcript.
Transcript has a private conversation with every person in your company, in their own language, and builds the world model of how the company really works from what they say. Every AI agent you deploy works from it.
One world model of how your company really works.
Thousands of things your people said, each checked back with the person who said it, become one living picture of how work actually gets done. The tribal knowledge that never reached a system, and it gets richer every week.
Visions of what your company could become.
For each problem your people raised, Transcript writes a vision: the same company with that problem gone. That is where AI pays.
Ask your company anything.
The world model answers. Anyone can ask how something really works and get one answer from everyone who does it.
Private by design.
No one can read a conversation. Not a manager, not us. What everyone sees is the world model.
When you want help, we build it with you.
Some companies take the world model and get on with it. Others ask us to build the visions with their team. We have spent a decade doing exactly that inside portfolio companies.

Frequently asked questions.
What is Transcript?
Transcript is a product by Lightbloom AI. It talks with everyone in your company, privately, writes down how the work really happens, and builds a world model of the company that your managers and your AI agents can use.
What is a company world model?
A living picture of how your company actually works: every process as it really runs, what hurts and how many people said so, who everything depends on, and the visions of the company with each problem gone. It is built from what your people said and stays current as the work changes.
How is this different from process mining or an employee survey?
Process mining reads system logs, so it sees what touched a system. A survey asks fixed questions. Transcript talks with every person and asks follow-ups, so it sees intent, workarounds and the parts of the work that never touched a system, and it keeps disagreements instead of averaging them.
Does this capture tribal knowledge before people leave?
Yes. Most of how a company runs lives with its people and never reaches a system. Transcript hears everyone, so the knowledge of the person everyone asks is in the world model before they leave, and so are the handoffs and single points of failure nobody put on a chart.
Why do most AI projects fail, and how is this different?
Because people work around the process someone tried to automate, and nobody had described the workaround. AI built on the official process is shallow AI. A world model built from the people who do the work shows how work actually gets done first, so what you build sits on the real process.
Is Transcript an employee assessment tool?
No. Transcript maps how work happens. Nobody is scored, ranked or evaluated, and no manager can read an individual's conversation. That is enforced in how the product stores data, not by a policy.
How do we start?
Book a demo. We show Transcript on examples like yours, then set it up for your company.
Do we need Lightbloom AI to build anything afterwards?
No. Many companies take the world model and the visions and get on with it. If you want help, our operators and engineers build the visions with your team, inside your tools.
